Appellation Guide: Fleurie AOC (Burgundy, France)

Of all the serious Beaujolais, Fleurie is one my favourites. It is light and fragrant and tends to offer the nice balanced between crunchy red fruit and a supple fleshy finish that I like. They are food friendly and easy to demolish without.
