Producer Guide: Rocca di Castagnoli (Tuscany, Italy)
Located in the village of Castagnoli this estate was once celebrated as one of the finest in the region. It was only in 1981 however that the winemaking company was founded, coinciding with a complete renovation of the cellar and winemaking practices.
There are around 90 hectares, mostly planted with Sangiovese but also some Canailolo and Colorino, the typical blending grapes of the Chianti area.
