Domaine Paul Pillot

Although Domaine Paul Pillot was founded in 1900, it was Paul Pillot who firmly established the domaine in 1968 with the acquisition of prestigious premier cru vineyards throughout the Chassagne Montrachet appellation. Today there are 13 hectares and things are overseen by Thierry Pillot, who also releases wines under his own name.
