Scions of Sinai

Scions of Sinai is a small, independent wine project focused on old vine vineyards in the Stellenbosch appellation. Founded by winemaker Bernhard Bredell, the wines are sourced from historic bush vines planted on decomposed granite soils near the Atlantic influenced parts of the district. The range centres on varieties such as Chenin Blanc and Grenache, with an emphasis on minimal intervention and site expression.
