Bricco Cogni is a small, lesser-known MGA located in the commune of Novello, set on gently rising slopes with marl-limestone soils and relatively cool exposures. The site tends to produce delicate, quietly aromatic wines with fine tannins and moderate body, reflecting Novello’s subtler, more restrained style. Rarely vinified as a single cru, Bricco Cogni contributes lift and finesse when blended with fruit from more structured neighboring vineyards.
