Case Nere is a small MGA located in the commune of La Morra, near the renowned Brunate and Cerequio vineyards. With marl and clay-limestone soils and a favorable south to southeast exposure, the site produces wines that are elegant and aromatic, with soft tannins and lifted red fruit. Though less famous than its neighbors, Case Nere shares the refined, accessible character typical of La Morra’s hillside vineyards.
