Gallaretto

Gallaretto is a small, lesser-known MGA located in the commune of Novello, set on gently sloping terrain with marl-limestone soils and modest elevation. The site benefits from cooler exposures, resulting in wines that are light, fresh, and aromatic, with subtle red fruit and soft tannins. Rarely seen as a single-vineyard bottling, Gallaretto contributes finesse and delicacy to blends, reflecting Novello’s more understated style within the Barolo zone.
