Mantoetto

Mantoetto is a small and little-known MGA in the commune of Novello, situated on gently rolling terrain with marl and limestone-rich soils. The site’s cooler microclimate and moderate elevation tend to produce light, graceful wines with bright acidity, soft tannins, and delicate red fruit and floral tones. Rarely vinified as a single cru, Mantoetto contributes subtlety and aromatic finesse to blends, reflecting Novello’s elegant, understated style.
