Rivassi is a small and lesser-known MGA in the commune of Novello, set on gently sloping hills with marl-limestone soils and relatively cool exposures. The site tends to produce light to medium-bodied wines with fresh acidity, soft tannins, and delicate red fruit and floral aromas. Rarely seen as a single-vineyard bottling, Rivassi contributes subtlety and elegance to blends, reflecting Novello’s understated and refined character.
