Torriglione is a small and well-placed MGA in the commune of La Morra, situated on gently sloping, south-facing terrain with marl and clay-limestone soils. The site yields elegant, perfumed Barolo with red berry fruit, floral aromatics, fresh acidity, and fine, supple tannins. Torriglione exemplifies La Morra’s graceful style and is occasionally bottled as a single-vineyard wine that offers both early approachability and the capacity for medium-term ageing.
